We Ship Fast
Our manufacturing and warehouse system is designed to build, process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Our order processing team is committed to filling all orders within 5 business days, however, most orders ship the same day or within 24 hours. For shipments going to Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Canada and all International orders call Ladder-Guard, 503-765-1454 to place your order and discuss shipping options.
Shipments are made Monday thru Thursday on business days only, (Ladder-Guard order fulfillment center is closed on Fridays). No orders can be shipped on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays or U.S. National Holidays. Orders received after 2:00 pm Pacific time will be processed the following business day. Orders received after 2:00 pm Pacific time on a Thursday will process on the following business day which is usually Monday, unless it is a holiday. Ground shipments are generally delivered within 1 – 5 business days depending on where the shipment destination is, in relation to our factory in Canby, OR (U.S.). Next Day, Second Day and Third Day orders are delivered in 1, 2 or 3 business days depending on the level of service selected. Weekend days and holidays do not count as business days. For example, a second day order that ships on Thursday will arrive on the next business day, which is normally Monday, not Saturday. International delivery times can vary greatly. Depending upon the destination country, it can take several weeks to fully process through customs, delaying delivery.
Contiguous United States
Your freight charge is determined by the total weight of the items in your order and the type of freight service that is selected and available to your destination. Ground, Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and Third Day options are available for most areas in the contiguous U.S.
Alaska and Hawaii
For Alaska and Hawaii, additional shipping fees may apply. Your freight charge is determined by the total weight of the items in your order and the type of freight service that is available to your destination. Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and Third Day options are available.
Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Canada and all International
Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Canada, and all international destinations require additional fees. Your freight charge is determined by the total weight of the items in your order and the type of freight service that is available to your destination. These destinations may require a brokerage or export fee and import tariffs that are above and beyond the actual shipping carrier rates. Any extra fees are the responsibility of the buyer and will be added to the invoice upon shipment. Call Ladder-Guard, 503-765-1454, to place orders and arrange to ship.
If you prefer to use your UPS, FedEx, or DHL shipping account there is an option at check-out to select “Use Your Shipper Account” where it will ask for the carrier and account number.
Additional Shipping and Delivery Notes
– Sorry, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes
Orders with multiple products will be consolidated into one shipment unless otherwise requested in the order notes.
Most delivery companies will deliver your package regardless if someone is there to receive it or not. This is important to know if the delivery address is located in an area where the package can be compromised in any way.
All products leaving Ladder-Guard are thoroughly inspected before being packaged by our shipping department. If your package arrives with visible damage please REFUSE delivery and instruct the carrier to return to the sender. This also applies to packages that were left at the destination and unsigned for. In this case, do NOT open the package and call the delivery service and instruct them to return the package to the sender. Call or email Ladder-Guard with details on what happened and we’ll deal with the delivery company from that point forward and ship a replacement order as soon as possible.
If you notice product damage after delivery, while unpacking, contact Ladder-Guard for instructions.
Common examples of a damaged box:
- – A smashed ripped or destroyed box
- – Holes or punctures in the box or packaging
- – If the package looks like it has been opened prior to delivery
